DIMITRI (JIMMY) MOUHTEROS

Jimmy completed a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning with a minor in Economics from Concordia University. He is an active member of several community organizations and charities, including the Hellenic Board of Trade in Montréal and the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association.
Prior to becoming a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Jimmy was a leading Research Analyst for one of the largest multinational commercial real estate firms. Jimmy was responsible for analyzing and appraising the economic conditions in the Greater Montréal Area (GMA) in primary and secondary markets. He was also responsible for publishing industry-leading reports, as well as spearheading larger, more extensive analyses with value-added market research and insights and zoning ordinances for corporate clients.
Over the course of his career as a commercial real estate broker, he has transacted over 7 million square feet of industrial real estate valued at over $1 billion. He has garnered several honours and achievements, which led to being promoted to Vice-President at his previous firm. Jimmy’s extensive skill set and in-depth market knowledge enable him to transact seamlessly and routinely exceed his clients' investment and strategic goals.

PETER MOUHTEROS

Peter is a Partner, co-founder and Agency Executive Officer of Trimont, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm, specializing in dispositions, acquisitions, and leasing of industrial, multifamily, retail, land, and office properties.
As a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a focus on Industrial properties, Peter provides Real Estate Advisory Services to his clients, including market analysis, site selection, tenant/purchaser representation, property listings (sale and lease), sale-leasebacks, built-to-suits and land development in the Greater Montréal Area (GMA).
Peter began his real estate career in 2006, as a Mortgage Consultant. In 2010 he joined JLL as a Research Analyst (one of the largest multinational commercial real estate firms) where he helped to develop their footprint in the Greater Montreal Area through industry-leading market analysis. In 2013 Peter then became a commercial real estate broker at JLL, where he rose through the ranks to attain the title of Vice President of the firm’s Industrial Services Group.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning with a minor in Political Science from Concordia University. During his studies, he interned in the Urban Planning department of the City of Kirkland, which allowed him to expand his knowledge in municipal and provincial processes and regulations, along with construction and real estate.
He is a philanthropist and an active member of the American Hellenic Educational
Progressive Association and sits on the board of directors of the Hellenic Board of Trade in Montréal.



Philippe Marcotte

Owen Paek

Owen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the John Molson School of Business and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. His professional journey began in 2014 at Colliers International as a research analyst specialized in the industrial market. During this time, he obtained his real estate license from the Collège de l’Immobilier du Québec and began his career in brokerage.
Owen subsequently joined Cominar REIT (later to be acquired by Pure Industrial) in 2017 as a Leasing Manager where he oversaw multiple portfolios across the GMA. Over the years, he has been involved in hundreds of leasing transactions for both multi-national and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Owen's extensive knowledge and experience complement Trimont's value offering to its clients by providing leading market expertise and a tailored service.


Ryan Zwirek
